CANCELLATION POLICY
1. 15-Minute Grace Period: • Clients are given a 15-minute grace period to arrive for their scheduled appointment. 2. Arrival After 15 Minutes: • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may: • Adjust your service to fit the remaining time, or • Reschedule your appointment if the delay affects other clients. If you anticipate being late, please call/text me immediately. I will do my best to accommodate you, but availability cannot be guaranteed. 3. Cancellations Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
